24 Hours of Lemons Turns 200 (Races) This Weekend!

Look, I’m gonna keep this short, mostly because I’m lazy. The is hosting its second consecutive dual-race weekend with and (name for ) at High Plains Raceway in Colorado. And what’s better than a two-race weekend? They’ll be jointly celebrated as Lemons’ 200th race.

You can get the full entry lists and . The NHMS race is like 20 percent Subarus, I think, and the Colorado race is at least half Malaise Era crap. In other words: Nobody’s car will work and it’ll be great, just like a 200th race should be.

We at Lemons HQ didn’t really plan well for the 200th race, given that it’s in the middle of a crazy stretch of races. However, Judge Phil made up a 200th race stencil for the Colorado race (lead photo) and I made a similar one for New Hampshire to commemorate the unlikely continuity of the series for 12 years. Come to see our silly faces at either—or if you’re supremely ambitious—both races this weekend.
